At the core of the Inner Act approach is a clear understanding of how we learn and perform, and how to optimize these processes.
Based on case studies and a recent clinical study, the Peak Performance Training has clearly been shown to increase attentiveness, your ability to maintain focus, to be mindful and observant even when challenged or under stress. Attentiveness leads to increased focus and improved listening skills, resulting in accelerated learning.
A few of the improvements consistently noticed by participants include:
An improved ability to listen to critiques, criticisms and suggestions.
Suggestions are more easily absorbed and understood
An increased awareness of emotional tone
Improved awareness of how to control respiration and adrenaline
Improved ability to more consistently enter a state of "flow" or effortlessness
There are five interrelated components of the Peak Performance training, designed to work synergistically with the conscious, unconscious and autonomic levels of the nervous system:
Phase 1 Biofeedback |
Self-regulation through both traditional biofeedback, Interactive Metronome®, and Neurofeedback, a powerful new tool for regulating the nervous system.
Neurofeedback is a way of directly training the brain to function more efficiently. We observe the brain in action from moment to moment using a customized version of an EEG. We then feed that information back to the person in a way that the brain can utilize, and provide visual and auditory rewards for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns. Over a number of sessions, this creates a permanent change in the way the brain functions - the brain learns a better way of functioning. |

Open Focus is a system developed by Dr. Lester Fehmi using all of the senses to develop flexibility of attention. The program is customized specifically for you and your area of ability.
In addition we will develop your own personalized program, selecting from other offerings that empower you to become aware of and manage your own internal balance. |
Phase 2 Physiological Balance |
|
|
Phase 3 The Inner Journey |
In this stage, we work to develop internal resources and mental resiliency. Through techniques such as journal writing and auto-hypnosis exercises, you will identify the barriers between you and your abilities, while fostering your skills. |
|
|
Through Mental Rehearsal, you will learn to use your own experience of times when you excelled, when you found yourself in that crucial state of flow—and to bring these experiences into the present. Through guided imagery you can create a neurological blueprint in your brain, which you then apply to current situations and challenges. |
Phase 4 Mental Rehearsal |
|
|
Phase 5 Coaching |
Through specific one-on-one coaching, you will learn how to consistently utilize your skills to enter an attentive, focused, self-confident state—and to draw together all of the elements necessary to maximize your abilities and attention in the moment. |
Many people who never though it possible, have learned these skills and changed their lives. You can, too.
| "Thank You for the miracle you were able to perform on me. Over the past year with your help, I was able to accomplish a performance level that I didn't think was possible." |
